Changing your order
We do our best to make sure that your order is packed and despatched as soon as possible so there is no delay in the chosen products reaching you.
Because of this once you’ve placed your order we are unable to make any changes to it. If you do wish to make a change please call us immediately during our working hours.
If we’re unable to make the changes you will need to follow our returns process.
Cancelling an order
The Consumer Protection (distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides the right to cancel an order for goods purchased within 7 days beginning the day after good are delivered (received).
Should you decide to cancel your order notification must reach us in writing within the 7 working day period and we will then refund your purchase by crediting the original payment card used on receipt of the goods so long as they are in the condition and packaging as sold to you.
Please return the goods to us as soon as possible within this 7 day period. Please ensure that you have read our current terms of sale before placing any order.
