We hope that you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Please note we are unable to accept returned goods that we reasonably believe to have been used or damaged after delivery. Bespoke orders, including personalised items, cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please return the product to us in its original, unused condition within 14 working days of delivery. Please ensure the parcel is properly sealed with full details stating the reason of your return and your request of a refund or and exchange enclosed.
We recommend you obtain and retain Proof of Postage as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed.
Please note that delivery costs cannot be refunded.
